Hello everyone. I was having a problem with my audio. I installed the recommended driver for my audio (mobo) that came from ASRocK website but it's not showing in my device manager even though it was already been installed. I tried every possible way but still no luck.

Mobo: ASRocK A520M/ac
RAM: HyperX 8gb 3200mhz
CPU: Ryzen 3 Pro 4350G
System: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Windows 10 pro
Version: 20H2

Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you.

do you have any listings in device manager with an exclamation mark next to it£ .. or any "unknown devices" listed £ If not, click on view and "show hidden devices" and look for the same. Generally Windows 10 does a good job of installing working drivers for Realtek audio .. every time I've tried manually installing sound drivers, it just borks something with the games I play.

If you see exclamation marks next to something and/or "unknown devices" .. uninstall them and delete driver if it gives you the option .. reboot and see if windows automatically installs correct driver.

If still no .. maybe try going into bios and make sure audio is enabled ..you could try resetting to defaults or even updating the BIOS if there is an available update..

There is also the possibility that your motherboards audio has malfunctioned

There's no any realtek showing in device manager nor any unknown device mark with yellow exclamation. Clicking show hidden devices also did not show realtek hd audio. Connecting to bluetooth just fine as well as the hdmi cable for monitor with built in speaker. The driver can be install but if you check the folder there's no "exe.". I install...uninstall...update...add legacy etc. but nothing happened.
