Black screen crashes when launching games. The stress test passes, but the games and 3DMark tests crash. A clean reinstallation of the driver was performed. All possible operations with Windows and the motherboard are completed. Excess temperatures were not detected according to the GPU-Z data.

Dear Minkkinen,

Thank you for posting your query to the ASRock forum.

Regarding your question, please remove the graphics card and run the games and 3DMark with the onboard graphics to see if the problem will still occur.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD

Problem missing with onboard graphics and RTX2070. The problem was discovered right after the first installation of the video card.
Successful tests in OССT have been carried out on all system components, including the GPU and GPU memory.
6800 XT is connected to the power supply with three separate cables. Another power supply unit was checked with the same result.
Windows with all updates, ufi bios, fast boot disabled. The AMD drivers were installed differently, the result is the same.
Lowering the game resolution to 1080 from 1440 slightly increases the game time, no more than 10 minutes, but the crash still occurs. Time Spy test sometimes passes and sometimes fails. Fire Strike never, sometimes crashes at the beginning, sometimes in the middle. Reducing the voltage and frequencies also gives a slightly longer runtime in the game, the difference is in minutes.Excess temperatures were not noticed in FPS Monotor, also monitored the memory temperature.

Dear Minkkinen,

Thank you so much for the reply.

Regarding your case, the graphics card might need to be checked, kindly contact the distributor where the graphic card was purchased from for further assistance.

With thanks,

The distributor refused to accept the video card and sent it to an authorized service, but there is no such thing in Russia. We'll have to put it on the shelf and forget.
