Topic: Agesa 1.0.0.3 ABBA Posted: 11 Sep 2019 at 1:11am |
Hi Asrock and friends
Amd has release Agesa 1003abba with smu fix for more boostclock. There are some BetaBios around from the other Manufactors like Asus, Gigabyte and MSI. Did someone found some Beta from Asrock with abba? Espacilly for x370 taichi?

registered just to add my plus one on this question. Can we expect to see this implemented in the next few hours or are we looking at several days?

Check the Ryzen 3000 sticky post, if anyone will have beta BIOSes available to download it will be JZ. The link to his website is in my first post. Keep an eye there

I'm a little disappointed as well but, to be fair, I'd rather it take a week or two and be nice and stable than have to reflash or encounter bugs.

ASRock has been cautious publicly releasing beta BIOSes ever since Ryzen first gen had so many issues. I don't blame them. You have to bare in mind that ASRock is not as large (infrastructure) as the other big brands. It's why I like the brand, in many ways they are the underdog competing against larger, more established brands yet somehow still holding their own.

I'd also rather have a clean BIOS and wait a few days/weeks longer. Currently i can't set the RGB in BIOS for example - not a dealbreaker, but not really convenient either...

I did not check full video but based on https://youtu.be/PB72OrnSeQo this yields 0,2% or so performance boost, most likely noticeable only in benchmarks.
