Take everything out of the case, and test it bare bones (minimum amount of stuff in there, so 2 sticks of memory, etc).  See if it will boot.  Error code 62 is GPU.  Is it in the top most PCI-e slot?

Correct, the GPU is in the top slot. I will try using only 2 sticks of ram in different configurations tommorrow and let you know what happens, thanks for the reply

in that case it is southbridge runtime services (pch drivers),
so some device cant be initialised, try to remove every pci-e device (even m.2 drive)
also try to put gpu in another slot

if that doesnt help, try to use any random gpu so u can get inside bios to flash it
if latest bios doesnt help, then try it with disabled CSM (it doesnt use PCH driver)

also if latest bios doesnt support your gpu, make sure to report it at https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp

also try another form of cable from gpu to monitor eg. hdmi-display port swap

and the psu seems a little on the small side for the price of rest of parts and the demand a titan may place on the system (i mean why skimp on 65 bucks when system was 2500+)

Ok I tried turning the system on with just 2 sticks of ram and then the 62 appeared again. Ive taken out everything else I possibly can, I still have no display.

Update: I swapped my graphics card to a different slot. It hovered over 62 for a second then stopped on A6.

@daytonyb I didnt think i would need more than 650 watts on a power supply because the proposed wattage on pcpart picker was like 100watts less but this is my first build so I wouldnt know any better. It doesnt seem like the power supply is the issue though as far as I can tell.

horay a bios screen
all is well

the reason i mentioned psu size was more to do with typical system design
and that a psu quoted rating is at 50% load
eg if a system can pull 400 watts while gaming you would ideally select an 800w psu to keep it running at its best range
a titan x and a 2700x plus board and ram and drives are going to suck more than 325watts before even thinking of overclocking

just a heads up mate while i was replying to the issue
(i would presume the titan x systems out there are more likely on 1000 watt range psu's)
