Thanks for the recommendations. After search on asrock support page.
I have identified the bios version. My board has a bios version: P1.20. I think that's a problem. Old bios and new cpu. https://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp?cat=FindBIOS |

Indeed, your CPU needs P3.50. A BIOS update should get you up and running

I wrote asrock support, waiting for an answer (no boot ...).
