ASRock Z170 Pro Overclocking issue

I have been having the same problem, I have been searching for answers all day today. I have the same problem with my Overclock not sticking when i leave the BIOS, no matter what different programs i try, it doesnt show an oc, AIDA64,CPU z or even the BIOS itself. Randomly the bios freezes up and wont respond. If there is an answer id love to hear what's up

Without your system information, board, CPU, OC level, general CPU UEFI/BIOS settings, Windows version, we'll just be playing a question and answers game for several posts.

AIDA64 has multiple screens that can show CPU information, which vary in content. We have no idea what you are using.

HWiNFO64 is just the best monitoring program IMO, nothing else comes close. It will show your CPU core speeds, multiplier settings, and things you may not have known that are available:
