ASRock X99 WS-E/10G memory problem

   After installing windows 10 pro, pc restarts, but in the raid screen, it says raid fails in red, not bootable.

All the raid gives that message.

This giving blue screen of windows 10 error code 0xc0000001
File \ windows \ syste32 \ drivers \ pcw.sys

	system agent voltage offset min: -0.300v max: 0.500v

	I put it -0,300v, now it does not turn on
