Forgot to mention that you need to install the samsung nvme driver 2.3, asmedia sata drivers and the intel components to get the full speed.

I use the samsung 960evo 500gb on this motherboard just fine. (boot drive)

Also have a 950pro 512gb and have no problems with that either.
Tbh, i think all new motherboards work with all nvme drives. Never heard of any that didn't.

Just update your bios to 1.20 and update firmware on the drive trough samsung magician.

Hi,

Recently I bought:
Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac
Intel i7-8700k
Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4, 2x16GB, 3200MHz, CL16 (CMK32GX4M2D3200C16)

and now I would like to confirm if Your motherboard supports one of following M.2 SSD (NGFF) Modules (unfortunately they are not listed on the page).

Samsung SSD 960 EVO NVMe M.2 500GB MZ-V6E500BW (https://www.samsung.com/us/computing/memory-storage/solid-state-drives/ssd-960-evo-m-2-500gb-mz-v6e500bw/)

Samsung SSD 960 PRO NVMe M.2 512GB MZ-V6P512BW (https://www.samsung.com/us/computing/memory-storage/solid-state-drives/ssd-960-pro-m-2-512gb-mz-v6p512bw/)

Corsair MP500 480GB M.2 PCIe CSSD-F480GBMP500 (http://www.corsair.com/en-eu/force-series-mp500-480gb-m-2-ssd)

Regards,
Lukasz
