It is not unrealistic at all, it is actually extremely common for those chips to reach those frequencies. I'm not even talking about a high overlock. For my system to immediately lock up if I set the iGPU frequency to anything above 1325 MHz means there's an issue and I doubt it is my processor. Meanwhile, the CPU frequency is stable at 3.9 MHz which is what is expected from it, not exceptional or anything. As is, the bios doesn't support it fully because I can't find anywhere for me to overclock it in the bios and relying in the Ryzen Master Application can only lead to instability. Also, do have in mind that my motherboard costs about 150 dollars so I actually expect my hardware to overclock decently. Regarding temps, under load the CPU hardly goes past 62 C, it sometimes peaks at 69 C.

Ryzen Master hasn't been friendly for me in OCing. I don't have your board, but I have the AB350 Gaming-ITX, so I imagine the bios is somewhat similar.
3.9mhz is exceptional for an overclock, what do you mean? In my bios, the gpu mhz/voltage is in AMD CBS>XMP 2.0>ADVANCED -- I'd try using bios rather than Ryzen Master and see what you can get. I'm pretty happy at 3750mhz cpu, 1525 gpu, 3400 ram.
