Have you tried running memtest?

Even if the RAM is good, there is a chance the IMC (integrated memory controller) on the CPU has conked out. If memory serves, we saw a fair number of instances of X99 CPUs needing to be RMAed with this issue when the platform was new. 

This is certainly a tricky one.....

Well, thankfully I didn't go out and spend another 500.00 on a CPU I didn't need. I just got another motherboard (exact same model), installed it and my problems are gone. Of course it has to be everything else barring the motherboard... I mean really guys, I appreciate the attempt to help, but if helping in you guys opinion is wasting people's time and money, is it really helping in the first place? Not one of you mentioned anything about it possibly being the motherboard. I realize the hesitation and bias, but let's be real here. Motherboards, like any other component can fail, it doesn't mean you have an inferior product, it just means, for whatever reason, it failed. Just not sure why it's so hard to admit.
