I do have... and either you have kids or nah... when you buy something and it's not working as supposed you have to make time so you can try to handle it or return it !!!
Since there is people who don't have time to find fixes or even they just don't know how... and people who are now stuck with their products after the 1 month return policy so they surely would like to fix the problems so they can enjoy their investments..... i think it's a good think someone like me who likes to find fixes for problems share them with others !!! So if someone have the same problems but don't want to invest an hour or two to fix things up (compared to the huge amount of hours it took to understand the problems then find solutions for them and then confirming it work by doin it more than once)...then it's his choice to deal with problems instead of finding an hour or two free to fix the problems then being able to enjoy !!!
My setup:
Asrock x570 Phantom Gaming 4
Ryzen 3400G
Gamdias water cooler
OLOY WARHAWK 32gig 3200mhz
Lexar NM600 M.2 2280 pcie gen 3x4 nvme ssd
Thermaltake Toughpower Grand RGB 650W

AH AH AH !!! I made 1 typing error and you call me bullsh*t AH AH AH

I apologize for the typing error... 1.275 is what i tried since it was higher than the 1.2 it put my kit at by default on my board... and like i said after... it passed the boot but as soon it load windows then bsod so computer restart...meaning not enough power... so from there i raised till 1.375 wich is a bit higher than the manufacturer 1.350 for 3200mhz !!!
I didn't found a way to modify post to correct that typing error... is there a way ???

Also No the XMP and/or DOCP problems are not just with Asrock... BUT... what i found is...
Seems like i can't even manually set my ram to the kit clocks aka 3200mhz 1.350v because i don't find the option for BCLK... and this BCLK should be set at 1600 for my 3200 kit (dram calculator and thaiphoon)
That's the only option i didn't found in complete bios...
That's what you can change on some boards like Asus and i'm not sure if it's just my Phantom Gaming 4 or if all Asrock boards are missing it !?!
So can you and everybody take a look in their bios to see if they can change the BCLK Please ??? Maybe it's only X570 boards like mine who miss it and maybe it is the cause of ram problems... maybe not... hopefully we will find soon so a fix can be made !!! It may not be the reason why the XMP don't work but it surely is the reason why i can't manually set my ram to manufacturer's clocks aka 3200mhz 1.350v !!!

My setup:
Asrock x570 Phantom Gaming 4

@everyone else: seems like only asrock boards are making real trouble with zen 2. so all of this is not a zen 2, but an purely asrock issue.

ANother typing error...AH AH AH That's what happen when you speak and write in 2 languages simultaneously AH AH AH    FCLK not BCLK So FCLK should be set at 1600 for ram to run at 3200 but FCLK option is missing !!!

If you want to set the Infinity Fabric (FCLK - fabric clock) you just have to set the DRAM frequency.
For FCLK 1600 - DRAM frequency 3200
For FCLK 1800 - DRAM frequency 3600

@DMC51450: what you posted was more nonsense than troubleshooting. the text was also very poorly structured and hard to understand or even reproduce, which i wouldnt recommend to anyone. the only reason your pc had troubles was because you didnt set the ram voltage right. you also dont have a ryzen 3000 / zen 2, ryzen 3400g is a repacked 2000 / zen+. may god forgive your sins of unknowing. ;9 and yes, there is no option to modify posted text, which is very weak for a forum. you have to delete your old one and repost.

@sajmon83: fclk can also be set indenpendently from ram clock. its an extra setting on its own.

i dont want to insult or lecture you guys, just correcting right from wrong. as you realized there are currently over 100 bugs and missing features in the available bios, so its basically impossible for users to fix this on their end. if your pc works so far or not thats just random plain luck.

Keep it friendly guys. We have community members of all ages, from all
nationalities and skill levels. Pointing out an error is fine but please try to
keep it friendly and helpful. Language barriers can cause things to get lost in
translation and most times, when a non native English speaker gets corrected
they appreciate it.

Yes, there is no edit function. I had it removed because it was being abused by
spammers and I don't have the time to look through posts made over the last 3
weeks in case someone came back a week or more later to insert spam links into
their posts. Many of them post seemingly relevant comments only to come back
later and insert links like "get your viagra from iamspammer.site". I don't
know about you but I think my time is better spent trying to help people here
rather than endlessly skimming posts for spam. At least this way they have to
make the spam posts at the time they post them, in which case I catch and
delete them quickly and all at once.

This thread exists to help users work through issues and share solutions, not
to spread negativity. There is a huge difference between a post made in anger
and persistent negativity. Angry posts are fine, expected even but please, if
you are not trying to help or looking for help, don't post. Make your own
thread to complain, you have that right and I feel such threads are necessary
to show manufacturers when their users are dissatisfied. This is not the thread
to do so however.

@Soulstealer; If your assertion that people who's systems are working are just
randomly lucky were true there would be a LOT more complaints on tech forums.
It's more a case of people with major issues being randomly unlucky. It's easy
to think the whole world has issues like yours when something doesn't work
right but the reality is, a lot of people are perfectly happy with their
systems. Sure, a large portion of those may be happy running their systems
without XMP enabled or don't know how to tweak/tune their systems but I know
quite a few more than capable people who are not having any major issues.

My PC boots fine when I turn the TV and Marantz amp on first. If I don't do this I suffer boot loops. I had this with Asrock J5005 itx board also.

Asrock B450 ITX, Ryzen 3600, Crucial memory running at 3000Mhz on XMP profile, Kingston SDD.

Your a funny lil boy !!!
3400G is Ryzen 3000 and they've changed things inside the cpu... you should search infos to learn !!! Since it looks like you like to talksh*t others but aren't able to search good infos by your lil self... zen+ aka ryzen 2000 allows pciex 4.0 while after the things they added/changed inside the cpu the ryzen 3000...so yes 3400G IS ryzen 3000...just not in 7nm !!! Also your the type of lil boy who says it's not a new sh*t because they rebranded last gen bla bla bla...but they do that with everything so is everything not what they're selling just because they took something and build it better ??? Don't you call every drivers not new drivers just because they took old drivers parts to compile new drivers package ???
The only part you're right is: Ryzen 3000 in new 7nm are all new stuff putted together while Ryzen 3000 not in 7nm are mixing old parts with new parts so they're not only brand new parts like 7nm ones...but still are Ryzen 3000 !!!

You said my text is poorlu structured... how many languages do you speak and write... i do more than 2 so sorry if i didn't had the chance of learning only one language like you...wait a second...i'm not sorry at all since i do more than you !!!

You pretend you don't want to insult people but by reading your comments that's what you do most

And now the funny part... you better search what 81 mean worldwide !!! And no it's not the year !!! So you clearly need to learn RESPECT !!!
My setup:
