Late to the party. Thank you for testing this. Anything else you've observed? I'm one of those dumbasses that didn't read the instructions and updated to I think I'm on 5.4 for the x370 Fatality Gaming K4 with a 1st gen Ryzen 1700 and 1600 on another system with the X370 Killer, and unfortunately cannot roll back. Do you recommend just updating to the latest bios for both systems? |

I purchased the ASROCK TRX40 Taichi- what a piece of crap!
It doesn't support anything and there is no support! |

Installed the latest 5.5 driver on my X370 Killer board and my system has better memory support than ever before.
I'm running what would occasionally error out with 2666Mhz settings on bootup stable now at 2800Mhz. I'm happy. CPU is a 1600. |

Just got my MSI x570 Meg today and it's a solid motherboard updated bios and it great. I still have my ASRock x470 as a testbed. But the BIOS on the MSI is so much better. Come on ASRock get it together.

Back from my trip and need to spend the next week or so trying to catch up with
all I missed. From the looks of it so far, nothing out of the ordinary I will reach out to my contacts at ASRock and get an update from them too. Again, thanks to everyone keeping this thread alive with bug reports and workarounds. Things should be starting to settle now that Ryzen 3000 is maturing. Starting to think I need to name the next Ryzen Launch Thread "Glutton for punishment" I do feel I need to repeat something for the benefit of new posters to the thread: Every manufacturer is dependent on the vendor (AMD/Intel) for BIOS updates and fixes. Every manufacturer's products will react differently to these updates, it depends on board design and component selection. This is why we see some boards have no issues and others seem to be plagued with them. AMD is not where it needs to be with it's product launch cycles yet and standards are still being set across their board partners. Until things settle into a more efficient and reliable routine I highly doubt we will a smooth launch. With each new Ryzen generation board partners learn from past generations but with each new generation new quirks emerge. I am back to testing with my Ryzen 3000 testbed again and will be much more active on the forums again. Thank you all for your patience. I had a wonderful holiday and am back fresh and destressed |

Need some help ASAP.
In my new build I have a problem with boot loops. At first the boot loops emerged about once a week, but gradually it worsened and the pc would boot loop every time I powered it on. It boot loops about 5-10 times and then it starts. PC Build Specs: -Bios: v5.90 -CPU: AMD Ryzen 3600 -MoBo: Asrock Fatality X370 - Gaming itx/ac -VGA: Sapphire Radeon RX-580 -Ram: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4-3200MHz (CMW16GX4M2C3200C16W) -SSD: Sandisk Ultra 3D SSD - 500GB (SDSSDH3500G) -PSU: Seasonic Prime Ultra 550W Platinum |

Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITX/ac Sleep/Hibernate.
Has anyone gotten Sleep/Hibernate to work with this board, when combined with a Ryzen 3000 processor? I'm running UEFI vers. 3.70 and still can't get it to work. When waking up the PC from Sleep/Hibernate, it always boot-loops and Windows starts as from Shutdown. Which brings me to another peculiarity. Often, when using Shutdown, the PC starts as if being put to Sleep; all programs that was open on shutdown reappears. Very strange It's as if the UEFI can't interpret the different power states sent from Windows. All in all a very frustrating experience with this motherboard |
