Hello!
Yesterday I updated my pc.
Bought a processor, motherboard, ram
Here is my old config:
CPU:i7-3770
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3V (rev. 1.1)
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce® GTX 1080 G1 Gaming 8G
RAM: 2x8 Kingston 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz and Zeppelin 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
Power Supply: Aerocool VP 750
SSD: Transcend TS128GSSD370 128GB
HDD: Western Digital Blue 1TB 7200rpm 64MB WD10EZEX 3.5 SATA III
OC:Windows 10 x64 PRO

My new config:
CPU:i7-8700
Motherboard: ASRock H370 Pro4
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce® GTX 1080 G1 Gaming 8G
RAM: 16gb (2x8) Kingston 8GB CL16 DIMM HyperX FURY Red HX426C16FR2/8

OC:Windows 10 x64 PRO

With the new system, I began to experience poor graphics card performance in games. In many games, FPS drops to 30-40 frames at low, medium, ultra settings. The latest BIOS version of the motherboard, the latest drivers Nvidia. All drivers are installed. Bios has factory settings. On the old system, this was not. Help me please. I do not know what to do : (

I am going to guess that you didn't perform a fresh OS install. Issues like the one you describe are common when migrating an OS from another system or retaining it when upgrading.

I completed a clean installation of Windows 10
Via UEFI DVD disk
Through the flash card does not work
Writes that there are no drivers.

Im using clear, new version Windows 10
I reinstalled Windows 10

Ok, now we know you are on a fresh install, lets dig a little deeper

That PSU is a dual rail unit (basically 2 375w PSUs in one), this means you need to balance your load between the 2 rails. You were using the same PSU on the old system so you must have had it balanced in there. If you look at the spec sticker on your PSU you will see it has 12v1 and 12v2, you need one 8pin power to your GPU from each rail so it is getting the power it needs.



If you have multiple 8pin PCIe connectors on your PSU, swap one of them on the GPU, only one, leave the other as is. See if that helps.

Failing that, you will probably want to get a new, single rail PSU with at least 50A on the +12v rail. That PSU is not well suited to a gaming PC, multi rail PSUs are designed primarily for workstations and servers where the redundancy of the dual rail setup is beneficial and helps keep temperatures down under heavy workloads (by load splitting).

If the GPU is hitting power limits and throttling, absolutely.

You can check for this using MSI afterburner, take a look at what your GPU clocks are boosting to while gaming and compare that number to the rated clocks of your GPU. If they are staying low, then you know the issue is coming from throttling.
