Hello guys, my computer are not shutting down correctly.

My motherboard is: AsRock A320M-HDV

When i put my machine to shutdown, a blue LED in front panel not power off.

I tried to change this settings on BIOS:

deep sleep = enabled

fast boot = enabled

and another problem is when i click on "suspend" via Windows 10, the function are not working properly because whenever i move(mouse, keyboard) the system not return, only pressing the power button.

Thanks.

What I mean is, was Windows installed on this system or was it installed on another system then moved to this one?

If it was migrated then that is very likely the cause of your problems

Yeah, bloody windows update screwed with settings.
It's something to do with fast shutdown or startup or some such.
It did my head in when I went from 1703 to 1709. MS are just poor.

Erm...
Power Options // Power and sleep settings // Additional Settings // Turn off fast startup.

Damned MS and their broken idea of rolling out half-baked service packs and acting like it's OK.
