Can you try a complete memtest run? Better burn it to some USB stick and boot from it.

Offtopic: uou may also want to invest on a faster RAM. Ryzen love fast RAM and yours has very high timings for a 2400.

memtest is wiping entire ram right?
this is why I get teamviewer and obs streaming glitches and crash?
cannot reconnect to teamviewer, nor obs cannot reconnect to twitch

Erm, memtest86 doesn't wipe the entire RAM, whatever that means.

Memtest, as the name implies tests your entire RAM for issues. It can start way before Win (you just boot to it). There is no risk of any data being lost.

Also, 'new from ebay' often means fake, refurbs of similar cr@p, unless of course you're not shopping from a renowned seller.

You can always try to boot with just one RAM stick and see if this happens.

Leave only 1 stick of RAM in A2. Check CPU, RAM and GPU seating. Also, check cables. Re-seat and re-plug if necessary.

Clear CMOS once more, but don't touch ANYTHING in BIOS.

Re-deploy Windows, get the chipset drivers from AMD and GPU ones from nvidia.

Check the benchmarks again.
