Hi there,

So i am using an ASRock Z370 M-ITX motherboard and since i have 2 displayport monitors and my GPU has 1 displayport and my MB also 1 i tried using I-GPU so i could use my MB port for my second monitor. It works really well but when i enable it i can't shutdown my PC properly. The fans keep spinning and the IO switch led keeps burning. When i disable it its perfectly fine. Is there a solution for this so i can enable I-GPU and that my PC shutdown properly because it quite anoying to do hold the power button every time.

Kind Regards,

Joost.

Did you try creating seperate space as of now after the issue? I guess that might solve it.
Sincerely,

Dear JoostR,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to try.
1.     Update BIOS to the latest version.
2.     Clear CMOS to load BIOS default.
3.     Please remove the GPU and connect the monitor to onboard DP port to check if the symptom still there.

If still doesn't work, please provide your detail configuration for us to clarify.

Thank you!
Yours truly,
ASRock TSD
