cannot connect to the Internet

Today I connect Ethernet cable to my AB350M-HDV but there is no Internet and no show in Win10.
I change another cable, restart system and also reset router but still fail.
Seem like the LAN disappears from my computer forever.
Maybe I got a fault motherboard?

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please enter BIOS setup and then load BIOS default setting via [F9] key.

2. Please install Realtek LAN driver from the link below to verify:
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/All/LAN/Realtek_LAN(v10023).zip

3. Under OS>Control Panel>Network and Internet>Network and sharing Center>Network Connection, please check if Ethernet is detected.
If yes, please right click to Enable or Disable and then Enable it again.
