And why before as it was PBO ENABLED worked, and now i have to increase voltage to make it boot with PBO ENABLED? this doesn't make any sense! anyway i don't know about this cpu voltage offset, how to set it and what value set

well i managed to boot the pc via cmos reset button...when i did again my settings it didn't boot again. So i reset it again, it booted and tried to leave PBO auto, not enabled as it used to be, and now boots everytime. SO YOU ASROCK TECHNICIANS THAT MADE THIS BIOS, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO FIX PBO, it worked very well so far, BUT HOW THE HELL NOW THIS SETTING DOESN'T ALLOW MY PC TO BOOT???? HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE???? I think the bios is bugged, or bugs after some uses, i don't know, is for asrock to find out.

remove your windows drive and if it boots without beeping then you are right

either set a higher ram voltage or lower the ram frequency
