did you take to the default settings the bios *before* updating it?
anyway, being late to do so, try resetting the cmos with the switch or by pulling out the battery and the socket wall

Dear kurono,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Referring your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please refer to user manual page 26 to clear CMOS.
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/A320M-HDV.pdf
2. Please install only one memory module to different memory slots.
3. Please use different memory modules to verify.
4. Please re-install the CPU.
5. Please remove all of other devices and only leave the CPU, one memory module to verify. (If the CPU does not have integrated graphic, please install graphics card)

?»Please make sure to unplug power cable first when perform the steps above.
?»Please make sure that all of the components are well-fitted to the motherboard.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
