Just go to https://shop.jzelectronic.de/
and follow "Neue BIOSe für ASRock Serie AM4" Scroll down and select "Bios downloads auswahl". A big list will appear. Just select your Asrock bios. |

You do not need to be able to boot/install Windows. All you have to do is be able to POST so the screen turns on and shows the ASRock logo, then you can press F6 to flash the BIOS (just put the new BIOS on a flash drive and have it plugged in). |

Just read MSI are refreshing it's 400 series motherboards with a 32mb bios chip version.
Will be called 4xx max. Seems 16mb is too small for the full bios update for backwards compatibility ? |

AMD distributes the AGESA updates to the board vendors and AFIK - AMD has pulled back the latest AGESA because it was buggy.

just updated my x470 taichi to 3.46 with agesa 1.0.0.3 and finally have memory set at 3733MHz at cl17! memtest stable. this is with 3200cl14 bdie. set fclk to 1867 and uclk to mem=uclk.
