Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. AMD AM4 only works with XHCI driver, so it is normal behavior that the USB ports won't work under Windows 7 environment. If you'd like to install Windows 7 on AM4 platform, please download the USB patcher and follow the guide below to pack the driver for your installation media: Windows 7 USB Patcher ver:2.0.21 http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Utility/UsbPatcher/Win7UsbPatcher(v2.0.21_AM4).zip Guide: http://www.asrock.com/microsite/win7install/ (please click AMD AM4 Series) Thanks!
