Okay, so how's warranty gonna work then? What If I update my BIOS to a BETA one and have to RMA my motherboard because of some malfunction, how will that be respected? Seems that Asrock just doesn't care about their products even if they are still selling them officially which means they should support it properly.

As people here are already well aware of, Asrock is deliberately refusing to offer official updates for the 3XX and 4XX series boards. They are only giving the updates for X570 boards. The rest of us are now forced to go to 3rd party websites to hunt around for beta BIOSes. All of this garbage is a stupid move on the part of Asrock. If they think that this will convince people to buy an X570 board from them, they are mistaken. I talked to a higher up rep at Asrock about 2 months ago. I was told that the 3XX and 4XX series boards would no longer be getting official and final updates, and that if I wanted to have continued support, I would need to buy an X570 board. I am an Asrock X470 Taichi board owner, which is a high end board. I expected far better support than this. They are just screwing around their customers by doing this. It is as simple as that. I will not buy an Asrock board ever again.

Am unable to have my mobo - Steel Legend B450M paired with Ryzen 5 3600 detect an nvme m.2 ssd - Crucial P1 500 GB. It's working fine otherwise.
I tried various combinations with and without a SATA HDD attached. Also updated BIOS to latest revision - 2.90 and the issue persists. Have got the SSD verified on another system so I know it should be good. Also strangely my mobo manual has no mention of Matisse support but the online product page does show support for the same - link. Also came across an instance of a user sharing that the combination is working for him. What is going on here? |

I support. The board greatly raises the voltage of the SOC. Instead of 1.05, 1.2 and more are set
