I am on holiday at the moment and away from my PC, once I get home I will look through the BIOS betas I have there, I could have sworn I saw one for the ab350 pro4 on JZ's site but it may have been in my own archive.

I will be back home on the 9th, if there is no update posted by then I will see if I have one and share it.

I can't find it either. Can you give us some information when a bios (even beta) with new agesa is coming out? I'm getting really annoyed with all these bsod and i know, this is one of the cheapest motherboards from asrock, but seeing that even most expensive one like x370 taichi is in the same situation doesn't help either.

Check the link in my original post, there is a Beta for the AB350 Pro4. If there is a beta then there will certainly be a release BIOS to follow.

I can't seem to find it. I mean, I found the link with beta bioses, but there does not seem to be one for AB350 Pro4, or at least I don't see one. If you have a link, can you send me? Thanks :)
Btw, I currently have 5.80, but I wanna buy one of the zen 2 cpu's soon, so I wanna update first. This 5.80 seem to be working great on my R3 1200, having it OC'ed at 4GHz, no problem whatsoever.

Wait, so just so I'm clear here after reading the last 10 pages or so...

The K4 X370 Fatal1ty *IS* eventually getting a BIOS update to allow higher memory clocks or? I just upgraded to Ryzen 3700x with my Corsair Vengeance sticks at 3200 - I was previously able to get up to 2800mhz but can now only post at 2133mhz. It's absolutely infuriating because I can tell it's gimping my performance by a lot.

From all I have seen so far it seems AGESA 1.0.0.3AB has taken strides in addressing more wide spread issues, if history is any gauge there will likely be one or two more revisions before less common issues get tackled. Annoying as this may be, it's still better than first gen where a new AGESA would fix one issue and create 5 new ones.

For all of you experiencing looping boot issues, make sure you have PBO disabled. PBO is still problematic on 1.0.0.3ab and in some cases seems enabled by default. I would assume issues caused by this will be worse on ITX boards with their smaller VRM design.

- Reboots itself
- Point 1 and 2 a couple of times.
- Suddenly casefans start spinning at roughly 30% for about 10 seconds.
- Casefans ramp up to a 100%
- Now either one of two things happen with mostly this first thing:
1 . The casefans stay ramped up to a 100% and nothing else happens
2. They slow down to 30% after 8 seconds, then ramp up again shortly. and the bios screen appears.
- When I save the bios, once every 20 tries, it goes and boots windows. All the other times, the casefans ramp up to a 100% and stay there. And of course nothing happens.

Exact same combination of motherboard and processor. But my problem is that it goes through this cycle every time my machine goes to sleep. It will turn on but all my bios settings have been reset. I am running bios 3.40. Thinking of reverting back to 3.30. It wasn't this bad on that build.

Just mention it explicitly at the bios download page.

I think this would be an excellent approach. I think it would be better if they release a bios for Zen 2 only.

This way, people with Zen or Zen+ would stay with the most stable version available for 1st/2nd gen, without getting affected by Zen 3 unstable BIOS.

In my opinion AMD should publish some web page with the "Golden" AGESA version for each generation.

To me, sounds like my B450 ITX doesn't know how to handle all the 3 Zen generations and start rolling a dice everytime a new power cycle begins in my PC, until it finally boots, resetting UEFI settings in the process....
