	No one? Could you please provide a TB3 Firmware Update. All other Vendors are providing TB3 Firmware updates, but Asrock not.

	Hi, I recently updated to Windows 10 1903. After the update and also with a clean install of 1903 the TB3 Networking is slow (20-120KByte/sek) when it comes to sending data between two TB3 Clients connected over a TB3 cable. Receiving data is fast (300-600 MBsek)). This issue cannot be reproduced with Windows 1809. I have tested these TB3 drivers and also the Asrock Driver posted in another Topic (http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/TSD/Desktop/Driver/19H1/TBT_DCH_SW_Rev59.2.zip): WHQL: 1.41.648.5 1.41.645.0 1.41.565.0 Intel: 17.4.79.510 17.4.77.400 17.4.76.300 16.3.61.275 I have the current 4.0 BIOS. Can you please help?
