Hi, I have a problem with this board. I cannot boot with ECC RAM. Does it support ECC? Or my 1950X CPU not support? I never can get POST with ECC ram just black screen. Please help!!

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. Regarding to this case, we provide some suggestions for you to verify: 1. Please refer to user manual page.28 to clear CMOS. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/X399M%20Taichi.pdf 2. Please only install one stick memory to each DRAM slot by turns to verify. 3. If possible, please install a non-ECC memory module to check if system can boot properly. 4. If possible, please install another CPU to check it again. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
