Today I reinstall WIN10 and then my RGB strip stop sync with my case. I try to download the software from the website but get a command "This utility is not for this platform!" So now the RGB for the motherboard and case are not turning on. Is there something i can do to fix this?

Dear fcM127qP,
Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. According to your question, we provide some suggestions to verify: 1. Please enter BIOS setup and press [F9] to load BIOS default settings and then press [F10] save and restart. After booting into BIOS again, try to adjust the RGB under BIOS to verify. Please try some basic settings to check if the LED is controllable. 2. Under OS environment, please uninstall the utility in Control>Program and restart the system. After booting into OS, reinstall the ASRock Polychrome RGB ver:2.0.4 to verify. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Utility/RGB/PolychromeRGB(v2.0.4).zip Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
