Hi

Thank you for adding the latest Realtek Audio Driver for Fatal1ty X399 ( after a long time ! )

Problem
After upgrading to latest realtek driver which is essential for latest version of Windows 10 the Creative Sound Blaster Cinema 3 stopped working ..
( Realtek high definition audio driver ver:8825.1_UAD_WHQL_SBC5_2.0.0.40_2019_1106_113206 )

Sound Blaster Cinema 3 gives this error :
There is no supported audio device available !

Sound Blaster Cinema 3 driver for this motherboard is very outdated .. it belongs to 2016 .. could you please release new Sound Blaster driver compatible with new 2019/11 Realtek driver ?

Thanks !!

youre so confused...

your motherboard has realtek drivers because thats the onboard audio solution

and sound blaster cinema 3 is the software of "creative" sound cards

you need to find a way to install your sound card drivers and asrock/realtek cannot provide that for you

go to creative.com but since they are known for bad drivers you may have to install modded ones

What are you talking about ?!

This motherboard has 7.1 CH HD Audio (Realtek ALC1220 Audio Codec) that Supports Creative Sound Blaster??Cinema

Creative Sound Blaster??Cinema 3 works with 2016 Realtek driver because license files included inside the 2016 realtek driver package but it doesn't work with 2019 realtek driver because it misses Creative license files

I bought this motherboard just for Creative Sound Blaster Cinema 3 ! otherwise I was buying a cheaper motherboard and a creative sound card

lol sorry my bad but it doesnt change the fact its a creative problem and they have bad drivers plus windows store has taken over realtek drivers

so your only solution would be something like disabling auto install updates on audio

I ended up buying an EVGA Nu PCI-E Audio Card ...

Disabled the onboard Audio .. I wonder why ASRock teamed up with Creative to buy their buggy software ..
