1 am using Z390 phantom gaming 4 motherboard installed with 1 m.2 SSD (on M.2_1) and 1 HDD (on SATA3_0). Then 1 have installed one more m.2 SSD on the M2_2 slot and reboot my computer. At the first time, the computer recognize both m.2 but didn't show the HDD. I then read the manual and change the HDD to other SATA slots. After changing the HDD slot from SATA3_2 to SATA 3_4, the computer can recognize the SSD on M.2_1 and the HDD but never recognize the SSD on M.2_2. What can i do?

Dear kcwsimon,
This is technical support from ASRock. Thanks for posting your query to the ASRock forum. Could you tell us the models of the M.2 that are installed to M.2_1 and M.2_2? With thanks, ASRock TSD Edited by ASRock_TSD - 02 Mar 2020 at 11:42am |
