Hi,

I have the titled combo and when I leave the bios, the machine hangs and needs to be reset. It was fine with a data ssd. Have seen other folk on the hardocp forum with the same issue, we all have this combo. Is this a known issue or is there a workaround for this? Or is this completely new ?

Hey Nox,

Man, to be honest with you it doesn't look like ASRock has a new BIOS with NVME support for this board.

Contact ASRock Tech Support for "wherever' area/location you live and they'll promptly roll a BIOS to include NVMe support.

Let me know if that fails please.

Yea. Nothing yet. I just looked in the current BETA's too.

Contact ASRock. They'll take care of you in a jiffy.

Yea. Hang tight there. They'll fix you and the others up with a new BIOS to flash with NVMe support.

Take her back to stock when flashing. No sense running that risk.

The file they'll send will most likely be the Instant Flash variety.

Just had the generic acknowledgement response.  Says a tech support person will contact me soon (and also to check with my vendor - but I don't think they will be able to help with this one...)  :)

I was talking about the vendor not being able to help :)

Asrock were awesome :) it's sorted already. They had all the bits there, replicated the fault and found a fix. Just had to disable CSM
