With clean win10 system, when the microphone is plugged in, my device cannot get lower level sound, but this microphone work well on other boards.
I have updated the drivers, but nothing worked.
Please help to fix it,tks.

Dear Sogie,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

Please right click the speaker icon at the right down corner of the desktop to Open Sound Setting.

Under Sound settings, please click Sound Control Panel at the right side, double click your speaker to Speaker Properties > Level.

Adjust Microphone and Microphone Boost to higher level as below link for reference.

If the problem still persists, please uninstall the original Realtek driver and restart the system. After booting into OS, please install the Realtek high definition audio driver from below link.

Please also install another microphone to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

Thank you for the suggestion. Actually i had sent this board to dealer and they told us that rear audio port is faulty so that they replace a new one to me. Now everything is okay.
