Dear All,
When I finishing install windows 10 works normally, but the onboard network card gives no signal. The LED on the LAN port no longer light up. I reinstalled windows10 and nothing happened. Everything else works, only network dead. Is it hardware faulty?
Should I return computer service?

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


We would like to provide some suggestions for you to verify.

1. Please refer user manual page.26 to clear CMOS.

2. Check the Internet cable is connected well.
3. If you are installing a Hub, please remove it and contact the LAN cable to Modem directly.
4. Re-install the LAN driver.

5. Please refer to below link to re-flash MAC address for your system.
