Hi
My apologies if this is in the wrong place - new to Asrock! My pc with it's new components will not turn off. Windows will shut down and the fans will max out - only way to turn this off is to pull the plug. I have tried shutting down via command prompt and by holding in the power button - no effect. I have checked the power settings within Windows 10 pro (new installation) - no fast start up enabled and I have checked sleep, hibernation and buttons. The set up is Asrock B550 Phantom Gaming 4/ac, with Ryzen 5 3600 and a new corsair 550W power supply. The other components are old with a GTX950 GPU (to be replaced soon), and I have the original SSD and hard drive. I am currently running the Bios Version P1.10 and we did remove the battery for 10 mins on upgrade to see it that would sort it. Also tried the old power supply to see if that was the issue, it did the same. Any ideas welcome thanks. |
