Hi,
I have clean install windows 10 but onboard audio device is not being detected. Installing drivers cannot help on this case. So what is the next steps? |

set BIOS to defaults and make sure onboard sound is enabled in the BIOS (should be on by default anyways) .. if it is enabled, check device manager for "unknown" devices and/or anything listed with an exclamation point next to it ..

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. For your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying. 1. Clear CMOS by referring to the user manual page 26. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/B450%20Steel%20Legend.pdf 2. Only install the CPU, graphics card, System disk and one stick RAM to verify. 3. Plug the speaker or headphone to rear/front audio jack by turns to check. 4.
