Hi..my fatality mouse port doesn't work. I launches ok but I get a message at the bottom saying your mouse isn't connected.
I have connected the mouse to the correct port.
I have a x370 gaming k4 with ryzen5 3600
I have a logitech g402 mouse and it worked no problem with my b350 fatality board.

any ideas why its not working?

what version of Windows are you running? ..have you tried a different USB port?

any exclamation marks in device manager? .. or any "unknown device"'s listed when you click on view>show hidden devices ...?

I'm using windows 10 with the latest updates and ryzen5 3600.
I've not overclocked any of the computer.
I took a screen grab of the usb devices in device manager but didnt see any question marks.
I'm not sure how to add the image here.

I've got both logitech software and the mouse port software installed. It used to work this way no problem. Dunno if its the bios update that messed it up
