Hi all,
I'm having trouble getting my ASRock B550M-ITX/ac motherboard to recognize my M.2 SSD (it's a Samsung 970 EVO SSD 500GB (MZ-V7E500BW)). It's not listed anywhere in the "storage" or "boot" menus, and when I attempt to install Windows 10, I get an error that no drives are available. I tried the method documented here: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=1236&title=how-to-install-windows-on-a-pcie-ssd but had no luck. Any suggestions for troubleshooting this? Thanks, Nick |

This board have some issues with M.2 drives not seating properly so try re seating the SSD and that will probably fix it. But the problem might return in the future require you to re seat it again!
