Dear all,

When there is a power failure maybe few hours or a day, the bios setting will return to the default state.
Even the system time will be lost!! I do not know what is going on here.
Please help on this matter, I am waiting for your reply, greetings. Ooh, my board is X570 gaming X.

Dear Celeen,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

For this question, we would suggest replacing a new CMOS battery for your board.
Please refer to user manual page 8 about the battery location.

Thanks!

All the best,

You are right, after replacing a new CMOS battery from store and then the time is always correct.
