i think thats a windows problem ... if u go into your power plan settings in windows 10 theres a usb selective suspend option change it to disable!

i am connecting to the 4 x usb3 ports on back of the motherboard.

i have 2 external usb drives i use to back up my data
these both worked fine in my old Z68 motherboard, recent upgrade to a B450M Pro F and issue has started, plug in the drive start to copy data and the drive will just disconnect and disappear from explorer i need to try another port to get the drive to connect. Any ideas? |
