Open a support ticket with ASRock:
https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp

They should be able to help you, here on the forums we can only offer advice. If
there is a problem updating your board then that is something only they can help
with.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

So, i just come back from a shop, they try to update the bios with Ryzen 5 3600x, and my 5800x doesn't work after that... so he try my 5800x on an other MB, on an MSI x570, and the CPU work fine, he think its the bios update the problem actually, i have ? Asrock x570 Steel Legend and the latest version doesn't work on it for me. need help or need wait ?

Yes, i know what im doing, i did some things like that before, but this time, it doesn't work, i unzip the folder EFI at the base of my USB key, and the folder X570_Steel_Legend too, but no files in when i try to "dir" or "ls", i find a shop who im gonna go this afternoon, they gonna update my MB with a 3000 series Ryzen.
