Thunderbolt 3 aic r2.0 unreliable on X570 Taichi

I thought this MB was designed to accommodate this TB card. It took a couple of days to get the card to be recognized. Got the 2 attached drives working normally. Not a lot of help in the card instructions.

Now on first reboot, the TB Software utility lists the 2 drives attached, but Win10 does no longer lists either. Is this an OS issue?

Using most recent MB bios and TB card driver.

Switched drive cable ports in TB3 and the drives appeared! Hope they stay

Of course not. One reboot and they are all gone again. I guess this is why everyone is buying Asus and Gigabyte cards.

I won't be buying Asrock again. Nothing but horror stories re: tb3.

Is this a user to user board only? I'm really tired of having to swap TB devices every time I reboot just to get them recognized. Does Asrock support (if there is such a thing) help here?

Is this not the world's worst company? They sell half reliable hardware and ignore their customers. My TB3 drives still do not connect.
