ajaja 3 beeps usual mean bad main board, do know that a main board is extremely sensitive for electric spikes and know that all living things on this planet can move due to use electricity. A human can build up a few KV and if that can find a spot to unload on the board it's usual destroyed.

So before assembling a computer ground yourself frequently and if You here a spark then that's a few KV but in the nano amp range that moves from body to to grounding place. Grounding can on any grounded large device.

Wear best not a wool sweater prone to collect power and don't touch your head because if you touch it too much that is also a source of energy.

If you deal lot with computers buy a grounded arm band sure if You touch hardware this is absolute needed.

Remove all sata ssd's videokart usb connection, no ram in. Just the processor.
Remove the left side of the computer to monitor a led system if that's availabe. Boot up the computer and wait for example 20 second, thenpress the on switch again if the computer shuts immediatly down then the BIOS at least works, then You can add a videocard , boot up then at leastYou should see the bios, it wil beep cause of missing ram and bootmedia.
But if none of this is working, fried mainboard

do note check if the ram is inserted good and don't forget the upper power connection for the cpu cause this will lead to many errors when not connected, read first the main board manual before doing something with the hardware and note the cpu mount is correctly cause if the cpu doesn't work nothing happens.

strip the entire system down so board + cpu then the bios should be working.

But usual 3 beeps means trouble on the main board counts for almost every bios companies.
