RX6800XT Phantom Gaming Can't control RGB

   HI Guys,

I managed to get a an ASRock RX 6800 XT Phantom Gaming card, but I can't get the Polychrome RGB software to work, after install and launching the program (as an admin) to opens a box saying searching for peripherals and then crashes. I have tried this on a clean install of Window 10 Pro to rule out any other RGB software affecting it with the same result. I have googled and tried to whole running wICPFLASHADSBv2 from CMD but this just brings up a window showing my ASUS motherboard and doesn't do anything else. I PC Specs below:

AMD 5600X CPU, 32GB 3200MHz Corsair Vengeance RAM, ASUS B550 E-Gaming Mother board, ASRock RX 6800 XT Phantom Gaming graphics card, Windows 10 Pro 19042.631 (20H2), 750W power supply. Motherboard BIOS up to date as is the graphics card BIOS from what I can tell.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Please try the suggestions below: After the Win10 has been cleanly installed, please install the following RGB software. http://www.asrock.com/Graphics-Card/AMD/Radeon%20RX%206900%20XT%20Phantom%20Gaming%20D%2016G%20OC/#Download Please check if the RGB software can be turned on. If it does not turn on, please follow the steps to verify. 1. Boot up the system and run the Radeon software. 2. Close the Radeon software. 3. Make sure the LED On/Off switch is on. 4. Download the following tool and unzip it. https://download.asrock.com/TSD/Desktop/RGBFW/GPU/RX6800XT_PGD.zip 5. Run command prompt as Administrator. 6. Run Verify.cmd and take a screenshot. 7.
