I'm pretty sure, that you don't to buy a tpm module.
Go into the bios, advanced, cpu configuration and activate AMD fTPM switch.
I also have a x399 Taichi with an AMD 2920X and the compatibility check WhyNotWin11 says "TPM 2 recognized".
Taichi X399, Threadripper 2920X, GSkill F4-3200C14Q-64GTZ, RTX 2080TI, Samsung EVO 850 SSDs, BD Drive, WD 4TB HDD, PSU Antec HCP-1000, Windows 10 64Bit

In preparation for the required TPM 2.0 in Windows 11, I want to install a TPM module.

I have an x399 Taichi + 2920x. Is this as simple as buying a ASRock TPM2-S module, installing it, then enabling in the bios?

It seems the scalpers have already started buying up TPM modules, so I wanna make sure this will satisfy the W11 requirements before paying too much for one of these
