   I PURCHASED THIS MOTHERBOARD  a few months a go and memory slots A1 and A2 do not work and have never worked, i have my ram in slots B1 and B2, do i need to do something on the motherboard or bios to enable A1 and A2?

	Hi Cussing Angry, Thank you for your post. Please refer to the following suggestions to verify the system. 1. Clear CMOS by referring to the user manual page. 19. User manual: https://download.asrock.com/Manual/Z390%20Steel%20Legend.pdf 2. Only install CPU, PSU, Cooler, RAM, Graphics card to check if the system can boot into BIOS setup. 3. Install one stick RAM on each slot by turns to repeat suggestion 2 to check if the problem relates to a specific RAM stick or slot. 4. Reinstall the CPU. 5. If possible, please use other CPUs and RAM to cross-test to check if the problem relates to the compatibility of the memory and CPU. If the problem is still, please contact your MB distributor or dealer for further physical checks. All the best, ASRock TSD
