I have F4-3200C16D-GTZR, and it's on the list, so think I haven't got problem with the compatibilty.

F4-3200C16D-GTZR - I have this type of the memory, so I think I haven't got the problem with the compatibility.

gskill sells two types of 16GB trident Z
F4-3200C16D-GTZR - those should be compatible with your platform
F4-3200C16D-GTZRX - those arent compatible with your platform

That is true, sorry. I didn't see the ITX designation.
What is the exact model number of your RAM? It should be printed on a sticker
on the RAM itself as well as the packaging it came in. It may be incompatible with
your board/CPU combination.

This motherboard only have 2 slots, so I can't take the our RAM's to an other slot.

Make sure your RAM is in slots A2 and B2, these are considered the "primary" slots
by your CPU.

Hy!

I have a Z390 Phantom Gaming-ITX/ac motherboard with I7-9700K and G.SKILL 16GB KIT DDR4 3200MHz CL16 Trident Z RGB. The problem is, our memory can't run faster than 2400 MHz. I try to upgrade and downgrade the bios, try to option manual the freq and the timings, and also with XMP, and it's not working. After post the motherboard, I have a message: Can boot several times etc etc, and I need to go to the bios to correct the settings. When I have this, the RAM's only running on 2133 MHz.

I check the Memory QVL and this ram is on the list.
