Use Instant Flash

But I only see the first release of the BIOS, 1.10.

So if You have the 1.10, You run the latest one.

There are three options for UEFI/BIOS updates, Instant Flash, DOS, and Windows.

The Windows method uses an executable file to perform the update in Windows. The version of Windows does not matter.

Instant Flash is normally the safest method, but you must download the Instant Flash file which is then copied to a USB flash drive. You then run the Instant Flash update from the Tools screen in the UEFI/BIOS.

Your board also has the Internet Flash feature, also in the Tools screen. That feature will download and run the latest BIOS version and run the Instant Flash update method.

You can also update the BIOS with the ASRock APP Shop program that runs in Windows.

But as stated above, your board only has one UEFI/BIOS version available, so no updates. If you want to flash your BIOS again for some reason, you can use any of the methods I listed.
