I'm trying to turn off power to USB when the PC is off. If tried all the windows settings and no luck. I don't see a deep sleep option in bios...is it not a feature on the board?

Hello,
Without knowing the board, it is difficult to answer. https://download.asrock.com/Manual/H410M-ITXac.pdf When you look on page 61, you will see the Deep Sleep option. So best would be to use the online PDF manual from the board you choose. H chipset in combinbation with a K CPU cannot overclock, for OC you MUST have a Z series chipset, in combination with a K series CPU |

Kind Regards
