I found out when searching the drivers page for the x570 Phantom Gaming 4 that the Windows 10 chipset driver listed is a year old as of today.
https://www.asrock.com/MB/AMD/X570%20Phantom%20Gaming%204/index.asp#Download Is this on purpose by Asrock, is there a reason we should run that old of driver package? AMD.com has a driver from March 2022 https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/x570 |

Based on my experience, get the update prior to the latest. I tried the latest one, but it left my system with some instability. I feel it was due to the support for Win 11.

I have the same board and have been using the most recent chipset drivers from amd.com with no issues on Windows 11. This is with a 3700X and both an AMD and NVIDIA gpu. ymmv of course
