I have no light on my RX 6800 XT Phantom Gaming... The switch is ON but it does not work.

I've tried the firmware update in CMD (administrator) but it fails. I'm running Windows 11.

Is it defect?

The Firmware Update exe. closed quickly after it completed, i think. i never did see an "update pass" msg before the program closed automatically. ASRoock Tweak appears to have full control over my GPU. no problems there, but still no lights on my gpu, even after reboot.

Dear Winterborn107,

This is ASRock technical support.

Thanks for posting your query to the ASRock forum.

Regarding your question, kindly refer to the followings:
1. Boot up the system and install the graphics card driver.
2. Download the following tool and unzip it.
https://download.asrock.com/TSD/Desktop/Tool/RGB%20FW/RX6800%20PGD%2016GO.zip
3. Run command prompt as Administrator.
4. Go to the directory where the tool is located.
e.g. Type cd (Directory of the RX6800 PGD 16GO file)
5. Run the update tool by typing "Update_RX6800_PG.cmd"
6. The update process may take a while.
7. When the message "Update Pass" shows up, it means that the graphics card firmware has been flashed successfully.
8. Please turn on the RGB software and check if the RGB can be controlled properly.

With thanks,
ASRock TSD

Just got a new Phantom Gaming RX 6800 XT in a new computer, but the led RGB lights do not turn on at all. everything else works, and if i plug a LED strip into the graphics card the strip works fine. tried resetting the card, same problem.
