Hello, so TPM is very new for me, and I'm stuck, IK want to upgrade to windows 11 before they start charging for it.
I have a b550m Pro 4 mobo. I've done all changes needed in the bios but the pc health check is telling me that the TPM module is not found? I have enabled the tpm for amd cpus and disabled csm as well as enabled secure boot. Do I need to buy that separately? is there a setting that I am missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. --Joshua |

I think you have to set at least two things correctly for fTPM (firmwareTPM) to work.
One is in Advanced -> CPU Configuration -> fTPM Switch. The other is Advanced -> Trusted Computing -> Security Device Support. I think you might have to enable fTPM, reboot, and pick that fTPM device as the security device, or something like that, because the idea is to let you pick a hardware TPM module or fTPM as your security device. Things might be slightly different for different motherboards, etc. |
