New PC Build, monitor NO display

   I have new pc build with H410M-HVS 2.0, proc Intel i5-10400f, GTX 1660. 

finished building the pc, i tried turning it on but nothing appears on the monitor,not even the bios appears :(

	Best to use the support form, and check the spam folder for replies https://tw.asrock.com/events/tsd.asp Anyway, it will not work without graphics card, because of the F CPU's that don't have integrated graphics. Both CPU and 24 Pin power cables conencted?
